what is wrong with my computer?

I hate it when the computer isn't working properly... you go through the normal steps, is it a glitch, is it a virus? something worse? I am trying to troubleshoot but let me tell you it isn't that easy, I am frustrated and on the verge of loosing my temper, so I thought I would come here and vent. AAARRRGGGHHHH
